Helen Ryley, creator and coordinator of the award winning Classified Staff Professional Development for the St Vrain Valley School District in Longmont, Colorado was recognized and presented the National Staff Development Council's Shirley Havens Award at the 2008 National Convention in Washington D.C. on December 10, 2008.
